Project status, source date, developer information, payment schedule, unit assumptions and available documents are checked and recorded. Missing or outdated evidence remains visible as an open task rather than being presented as fact.
Decision and transaction support
Shortlisted options are compared on the same criteria. When legal, technical, tax or licensed valuation review is needed, the file is directed to the relevant independent specialist before commitment.
